Graphic Design Portfolio

From branding to poster design, I have experience in different branches of graphic design.Welcome to my graphic design portfolio, where I blend raw creativity with an unapologetic visual style to create designs that challenge norms and leave lasting impressions. My work spans various mediums, from branding and typography to poster design, vinyl cover art, and pop culture collages. Each project reflects my commitment to pushing boundaries and my passion for experimenting with bold colors, textures, and forms.

Projects

The "Street" restaurant branding project aimed to develop a visual identity that could speak to the vibrant, urban atmosphere of a modern dining experience. With an emphasis on street culture, the project explores bold, raw elements combined with minimalistic design to appeal to a young, contemporary audience. The branding needed to evoke a sense of openness and creativity while remaining functional across various media.

For this project, the goal was to create a compelling, evocative book design for "The Series of Migrations" that would visually represent the personal and collective stories of migration of several people from ex-Yugoslavia. The challenge was to translate the emotional complexity and multifaceted nature of migration into a cohesive visual narrative while engaging readers from the very first glance.

Grunge Posters

These posters were created to channel the chaotic energy of the grunge era, with a modern twist and using "Ray Gun" magazine as an inspiration. Using mixed media and textures, the designs embody the rebellious attitude of grunge culture. Layered typography, abstract patterns, and muted color schemes combine to create striking visuals that capture the essence of this underground movement. The posters aim to provoke thought and emotion while maintaining an edge of graphic boldness.

Vinyl Cover Art

Each cover draws inspiration from the artists and music genres they represent, using vibrant colors, experimental typography, and digital manipulation to evoke the mood of the album. Many materials were used in creation of these, such as wine, analog cut-outs, blood, and acrylics. These designs are crafted to invite listeners to explore the music within, while also serving as a visual extension of the sound. Some were created as experiments for existing songs, while some were commissioned by indie artists.

Pop Culture Collages

This collection of pop culture collages explores iconic figures and moments through a contemporary lens, using a blend of digital art techniques and hand-drawn elements. The collages juxtapose vintage photographs with modern graphics to create a fusion of past and present, offering a fresh perspective on well-known cultural icons. Each piece aims to highlight the enduring influence of pop culture while adding an artistic, often surreal, twist that invites the viewer to interpret the work in their own way.
